I usually come here and get their soup to go every season when I visit. But this was the first time I enjoyed a meal inside. Love this place! They have vegan and vegetarian options That are so delicious, You would never miss the meat! The atmosphere is really cute and it's located in a really fun area of Door county. Really kind and considerate People working there as well.
Enjoyed lunch with our dog at the tables outside. The Whitefish Reuben and the Death's Door burger were both great. The service was solid, nice people. Very minor ding...not enough condiment baskets / napkins for each of the outside tables so be ready to share!
The Whitefish Reuben with sweet potato fries was a winning combo! So delicious. We got takeout this time but have had a wonderful experience dining in as well!
On a warm October day we visited Door County to enjoy the fall colors. Being a Monday we found many restaurants closed and luckily found Grasse’s open. With the dog friendly patio seating we had fantastic food! The Harvest Salad with added Cherry Chicken Salad on top was incredible. The Patty Melt was made with quality beef. Every bite in our meals were perfect. The menu is varied and has something for everyone.
Food is phenomenal!! Very chill diner type atmosphere. Had the bleu burger, patty melt, cheese curds, and sweet corn chowder. They do close for winter. Was fun after a day of hiking and exploring. Will be back!
So I stopped in with my wife, mom, and sister. Because three of us ordered the exact same thing, I tried to joke that: "It better be good". Well, when I said that... it came off way wrong and kinda rude (and I didn't mean to do that). The woman who helped me (maybe the owner or manager) reacted great. She was very friendly and fun. I felt compelled to write this review because this is a really great place and I want to come back often. I just hate being recognized as "oh it's that guy". Anyways... great people, fantastic food, and nice atmosphere. I really like this place!
The food is really good! Ordered whitetail fish wrap and fries as sides. The wrap is 10/10, so is the fries, one of the best fries I have had. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, served hot and fresh, super crunchy. It’s a very cozy spot for lunch. Definitely gonna revisit and try out more!
